Cute place that was pretty comfortable and close to an LA Fitness, a food truck center, and a couple of coffee shops. For those of you who did bring a pet to this Airbnb, there are two doors leading up to the apartment. One lets you into the hallway stairs up into the unit, and there's one more door to open before you get into the unit. For anyone with escape-prone pets or nervous pets, it's comforting to know that there's an extra barrier. Kimberly was also very helpful and responded quickly when we needed some extra assistance getting into the unit. Oh and just to help anyone else, we did have one evening where we were struggling to get hot water from the shower. I wonder if it's a shared water heater, but all we did was wait about 30 minutes, then we tried again and had no issues. But yeah, we definitely enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
Always a great stay and Kimberly was super responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend!
had a wonderful stay, the home was very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood.
really liked the neighborhood — beautiful trees and lovely nature. The only issue was that at night there were a few homeless people around; they were harmless, but I sometimes didn’t feel completely comfortable walking late at night. Other than that, the hosts were very responsive, and everything was just as described.
My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Portland this year. Host is extremely quick with responses and this made me feel supported during my stay. The apartment is conveniently located near multiple food options (food carts and bar within walking distance). I felt safe and secure due to the passkey entry into the apartment complex. Now, this particular apartment does have stairs leading up to it, so this may be something to consider when booking if one has mobility issues. My one only piece of feedback I have to provide is regarding the dog fur on the couch/rug in the apartment. With a pet friendly bnb, I believe it is imperative the cleaner take extra care to remove traces of the previous stay’s pet. I will admit I should have skipped this one when I saw it is pet friendly. Regardless, I am around animals often and am not bothered by the fur. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Portland.
Great spot in Brooklyn, super walkable to foodcarts at Brooklyn Caretta. Away Days brewing right around the corner and tons of great stuff just a few blocks south in Sellwood.
There was a smell or an odor or something in the air to the place, which I had a reaction to. The main door locks, but not the lock to the actual apartment, and I didn't feel like me or my dogs where safe there. But the area was walkable.
Great stay in the heart of the Brooklyn neighborhood! The noise machine was gravely appreciated. The apartment was super clean and comfortable.
Great spot, looked just like the photos and provided all amenities noted. Very responsive and kind host!
Cute quaint room in a nice area, will probably be back at some point!
