I appreciate the location, easy street parking, comfortable, and convenient. We had some issues with the correct bedroom being unlocked for us, but it got resolved and communication was open and clear. The apartment was well set up. It was a bit cold, but the space heater was enough to fix that. WiFi was not solid enough for a Zoom call from my phone, but it was good enough for everything else including streaming tv without interruption. All in all, it was a perfectly fine stay.

Wonderful stay and great location!! Near everything you want to be by, and the street was very quiet/peaceful! Kimberly was a great host, great communication and very helpful!

전반적으로 만족해서 적극 추천해요. 맛집 카페 아기자기한 가게들이 몰려있는 지역이라 집 근처에도 즐길거리가 많구요 다운타운까지 버스로 15분이면 갈 수있어서 편해요. 집 가까운 거리에 정류장 있고요 :)\n집은 편안한 분위기의 인테리어에 주방에 필요한 모든게 갖춰져있어서 거의 요리해서 먹었습니다. 큰 침실에 바깥으로 나갈 수있는 문이 있지만 안에서 잠글 수있어서 위험하지않고 오히려 밖에 나갈때 유용하게 사용했어요. 다른 후기에서 냄새에 대한 이야기가 있었지만 생활하는 내내 전혀 거슬리지 않았습니다. (저도 후각에 민감한 편인데도요) 호스트와의 연락은 아주 수월했고 항상 적극적인 태도로 도움을 주려고한 점이 고마웠습니다. 다시 포틀랜드에 온다면 다시 머물고싶어요.

Location is good and host is quick to respond. The building smelt bad most of our trip, we had to buy a candle to hide the smell. There was an unmentioned second front door that lead to the bedroom, my friend and I felt unsafe sleeping in that room due to this door. We slept in the other bedroom since we felt unsafe and were charged $90 for sleeping in that room. Host does not clearly lock or put a sign on that door and the mention of the charge is hidden in the rules, so it feels like they were trying to get more money out of us. Liked the location but will not be staying here again.

Easy

Easy to find and a great location with nearby shops and restaurants! Stayed during an abnormally hot week in Portland and the AC was a lifesaver.
