Overall a pleasant stay! Pros: -great location (lots of bars within walking distance. also walking distance to the train) -barely heard the neighbors, only when they were walking through the shared hall entrance -host responds quickly, and allowed me to drop my bags before official check in time. Cons: -while the bathroom itself was cleaned to its best ability, the shower is just gross. there is very clearly mold that was just caulked over instead of being remediated. not a fan of the ole “landlord special” on the tub situation. shower curtain was also stained but that’s a lesser issue -was not a fan of the mattress. very soft memory foam mattress-in-a-box type vibe. not supportive if you are a side sleeper. -back door window, and window above sink do not have blinds or curtains. you must remember this if you don’t want to be the naked neighbor. -back screen door ripped by locking hook -a bit dusty, but i used to clean airbnbs myself so i’m admittedly picky
