Staying with Kimberly is always a pleasure!

Loved this place! Spacious and comfortable. My husband and I stayed with our 3 month old baby and found it to be a lovely accommodation. Other reviews mentioned loud neighbors/other tenants but we weren’t bothered by outside noise at all. We also had a small sound machine at night to help our baby sleep and it was perfect. There was another review mentioning steep stairs but we lugged our baby and accoutrements up and down just fine, just step carefully. Kimberly was very friendly and I’m sure we will be staying here again on our next trip.

Kimberly is a wonderful host. Replied very quickly and gave clear and accurate instructions. We felt we had help if we needed it. The property was more spacious than we expected. Plenty of room for two people. Kitchen was well equipped and looked new. Bathroom is functional but the tub needs an upgrade. School next door did not bother us at all. Upstairs neighbours are a bit noisy but did not interrupt our sleep too much. Overall we would recommend this property for folks looking for somewhere in this neighbourhood. We will look for this property on any return visit.

The location was perfect. Everything worked well and was clean.

Would absolutely recommend for anyone thinking about visiting Portland and wanting to stay closer to Downtown without the loud city noise.

We enjoyed our time and found the location to be great. The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen is great!

We were visiting family nearby for an early Christmas, and it was raining for much of our stay (hey, it was December in PDX). Fortunately, the dining and sitting area are very spacious, giving us room to invite our daughter & son-in-law over to share meals and relax with a jigsaw puzzle or just talk or watch a movie. There is plenty of closet space, but there aren't shelves/drawers in the right places to unpack comfortably for a multi-day stay for two. This was Apt 1 at the back, and it is totally isolated from street noise at night. School kids next door were noisy at times, but they were happy kid noises and didn't bother us. We arrived after dark and found a young man smoking in the alcove next to the outer door. He got up and offered to help carry our bags up the stairs, but we declined. Another morning we saw a piece of cardboard and a large box in the alcove. There were a few bags of bakery bread and empty milk bottles apparently left by someone during the night.

Overall, we liked this apartment - nice kitchen, lots of space, and very clean. However, those that will be home during the day should know that there is a school next door that can be loud on weekdays from 8 AM-5 PM. Additionally, we had specifically looked for a place with a bathtub but were unable to use it due to peeling on the tub surface. We still enjoyed our stay, but including these details for awareness for those booking in the future. Location was great (with the exception of the school), communication was perfect, and access was easy.
