This is a charming 2 bedroom located on the far aside away from the school - so it is pretty quiet most of the time compared to other units in the same building. The space is long and open with tall ceilings. The location sits on one of the main roads in Portland, so it is easy to find.
Clean and comfortable apartment in an ideal location. Lots of restaurants on the street. Communicative host. Highly recommended!
Very well at communication, beautiful place to stay, and I would love to stay again ☺️
I had a great stay. Was easy to check in and get settled, and I was immediately cozy. The bed was so comfortable, I need it in my life every night! Very Walkable area, lots of food nearby and tons of doordash options. Convenience store just down the block was very... convenient! Had two nights of shows at Revolution Hall, was an easy 10-12 minute walk which saved on Ubers and such. The sofa was super comfy, nights watching TV after long days working at the concerts, was just what I needed. I had a great stay overall, and I'll definitely book with Kimberly again!
Good place. Clean, easy stay. The playground for the school next door is right next to the apartment, so expect the noise of children playing on school days starting around 9am. Not a problem for me but clearly audible in the apartment. There are plenty of great restaurants in walking distance; this is a nice part of Portland.
The owners were exceptional with their communication and even brought extra linens late in the evening. The unit was clean and well maintained, especially for a building built in the 1800s. Everything worked well although we didn't really use the kitchen. My only concern was the noise from the cars as its a fairly busy street and ear plugs aren't really for me. But otherwise it was pleasant experience.
Enjoyed our short weekend stay here
Great location. Close to good restaurants. Comfortable place to stay.
Stayed in the area to walk to Revolution Hall for some concerts. Felt safe walking at night and the venue was close by! Will stay here again! (Some reviews mention the bed being squeaky and uncomfortable- I think the bed has been replaced? It was not squeaky and it was SO COZY I didn’t want to get up in the mornings and I wanted to take the bed home!!!) I should have checked the brand, darn! Lol
Great stay!
