Very responsive hosts, convenient location very close to amenities by walking

We enjoyed our stay! It’s a convenient location, surrounded by a cute older neighborhood. The apartment worked well for our group and dog. There’s a park right across the road. Would stay again when I’m back in the area

The folks at Portland Collective were responsive when we had concerns about our neighbors. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and it was conveniently located near many sites in Portland.

Overall a good stay in a central location at a great price. We used this mostly as a place to sleep while spending the day out and about in the city checking out restaurants, bars, and activities. Pros: - Walk to lots of great food and drinks, north to Division St or south to Gladstone St - Street parking was easy to find and close by - Lots of pillows on the beds, I love a good pillow nest - Giant floor length mirror in the hallway outside the bathroom was great for getting ready Neutral/cons: - Memory foam mattresses - very firm but immediately sink down and get stuck. My back was not a fan - Other guests were noisy - one couple was yelling outside our windows at midnight and again at 2:30 am. The walls are quite thin (as the listing says) and the building is old so noise definitely travels easily - Couch in the living room was not comfortable

Location a little hard to get to - parking wise. Other than that this was such a great, chic find! We loved it!
