This is off two very busy streets so ensure that your dog doesn’t bolt out the front door when it opens. There is no peephole to see when someone is at the door which is concerning when there are lots of transients in the area. Parking is only allowed on the street despite the listing mentioning parking on the premises. I’m not sure why parking isn’t allowed behind the building when hardly any cars are parked back there from the next door building. Parking is only on the streets in which you are parking in front of peoples houses. Had a massive issue with the washing machine flooding the place and soaking all my stuff. Glad I didn’t leave as I had planned or it would have been even more of a disaster. Was moved to a new location 10 mins away from original the last day in which I asked for a late check out. Was told the cleaning people knew which they promptly showed up at the original checkout time. The door code also expired early leaving me locked out for 30 mins with my dog inside.
It was a nice place that came in handy in a pinch. Easy to get in and comfortable setting.
Enjoyed our time in Portland and this place was located fairly close to many things we did. Clean and well appointed kitchen and bath. Comfy bed. Washer and dryer close and accessible. Lots of room for 2. Thanks.

There were no coffee cups, the Keurig didn't work, and around 11pm someone was making a lot of noise dragging trash cans around. The room was fine, it was clean - overall, it was good.
Stay Portland had all the amenities one would need for an extended stay. The Kitchen was Well Stocked, the Bed was Very Comfortable, and the Shower was Great with Excellent Water Pressure! Having a Washer/Dryer in the unit was a Plus. The Host was Responsive to any concerns I had.
The place itself is nice and the communication was smooth. Overall I liked staying here. Two details if you don’t have a car: there is no washer/dryer, so you have to walk for a while to Woodstock. There is a plaid pantry close by but you will have to walk a bit to get to coffee shops etc.

A comfortable space to stay! The wallpaper is super cute and the bed was very nice and cozy. Unfortunately this unit is downstairs, and I did hear quite a bit of noise from upstairs throughout my stay. For parking, there is only street parking available around the corner from the unit. I also found some hair in the tub and dirt on the floor when I checked in.
