The house is a bit older and shows some signs of age, but it was clean, comfortable, and everything worked well. The host was very kind and responsive, which made the stay pleasant overall.

The location and amount of space provided are great along with a parking spot, nice kitchen, and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the musty, animal smell was not pleasant, and the living room sectional sofa was very stained. A new couch and new carpeting upstairs would make this rental much better. I appreciated the good communication, but some updates are really needed for the price. The full bath is on the first floor off the living room, and the bedrooms are upstairs along with a half bath. Some of the blinds don't open in the bedrooms.

Good location, large place, responsive host. However, it's an older home with musky smell, the bathrooms need updating as well as the carpet upstairs. The loft was too hot to use.
