This place is ideally located next to the 21st-23rd business area with a ton of good restaurants and interesting shops to walk to. Aaron and his team were immediately responsive to any questions we had and went above and beyond helping us work through an ambiguous schedule and some shifting requirements.

I think the place was a bit overpriced. Just depends on how you view value. I think for the price we paid, it needs to be in a better shape. place is nice but smaller than I thought it would be, ceilings on stairways are a hazard to tall guests. Beds are comfortable. Bedroom on 2nd floor - door handle not properly attached, kept falling off and making re-entry hard. Shower glass is loose on the bottom runner, allowing it to swing rather dangerously. Pets welcome but kitchen pantry not sealed off so if they're small, they'll get into that without you being able to get them out. Neighborhood very quiet, walk able, with lits of real good food options. Parking wasn't bad. I'd stay again if it was about half the price..
