Great spot in a great neighborhood.

We had friends from Europe stay at the house They were generally comfortable and it was a very convenient location. The heat was noisy but was warm. Otherwise it was a quiet neighborhood with lots to do. Coffee and biscuits just down the street With everything on one floor it was easy to move around. We appreciated the good communication with the owner

Very good location in a lively neighborhood. A couple of maintenance issues we brought to the host’s attention were addressed, and a couple were not.

Great location and super clean space! Would have been nice to access the laundry, but otherwise it had everything we needed.

Great space for the family and you couldn't ask for easier access to the amenities along Alberta. Quiet, easy parking, and it felt very cozy.

our stay was wonderful and the host was super responsive and helpful for anything we requested or needed help with! the location was nearly impossible to beat! just off Alberta and walking distance from a plethora of great coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. perfect location to explore the area and super convenient for driving anywhere else in the city. parking could be tricky on weekends but the neighborhood felt safe to walk in if we had to park a few blocks down. A/C units were easy to use and cooled the space off great on the hot day we arrived to. huge TV and comfortable seating in the main room which was wonderful for watching movies after a busy day out! beds and pillows were super comfortable. bathroom is probably due for an updating but it was clean and did the trick - water pressure was great and the hot water lasted long enough for two of us to shower back to back without issue! plenty of toilet paper and backup shampoo/conditioner/body wash if we had forgotten ours.

Great location! It's a small older house with Jack and Jill bathroom, not quite as bright inside as the pictures indicate. As long as you aren't looking for anything fancy it should work just fine.
