Jordan was incredibly responsive, and the place was really nice.
This was a nice and cozy place in the middle of Nob Hill. Really enjoyed the fireplace and the vintage Victorian look and feel of the interior. Good brewery next door too!
Jordan was super prompt with communication, and was so accommodating. We needed an extra full length mirror for getting ready for an event and it was there waiting for us when we arrived. The check in and check out guides made for a smooth and effortless stay. We loved the space, though I didn’t imagine the bathroom being as small as it was. It’s very small. We could also hear the upstairs guests late into the night, but I don’t blame our host. You would think it would be hard to sleep on such a busy street like Everett, but honestly it was pretty quiet at night and we stayed during a busy weekend. A little brown noise or rain sounds from your phone makes a big difference if you’re noise sensitive. 9/10 experience. I’d give 10/10 if the bathroom was bigger, but that can’t always be helped in an old historic home. We would definitely stay there again!
great little place, in the heart of it all. clean and open space. 10/10 recommend.
had a great stay here! you could easily walk around or take public transport from here. The neighborhood is really cute and we absolutely loved stopping at Elephants Delicatessen for snacks (minutes away walking!)
Beautiful historic home in great Portland location, walkable to restaurants, pubs, shops and park! Amazing communication/responsiveness from our host Jordan, including fast delivery of replacement hot plates that were missing from kitchen when we arrived. We hope to rent this property again and recommend it to others!
Enjoyed our stay. Roomy accommodations. We were only there for the night, but would have had fun staying longer.
We rented the first floor for our stay. Parking is a little tricky but not bad at all once you get a feel for it. The neighborhood itself is a decent spot but the real standouts are 1.) the home itself feels like a dream, a home away from home (minus the ability to prepare food), we fell in love with it and did not want to leave! 2.) Kell’s brewery is literally right next door - a famous Portland Irish-American pub that has to-die-for beer and IMMACULATE burgers . My companions were from out of country and had never tried an American burger stateside - suffice to say they melted in their seats and went to bed with warm bellies! And finally 3.) it’s very local to Burnside, the Japanese Gardens, the Oregon Zoo, and many other restaurants and things to do - really a prime location. (P.s. if you are Catholic it is just an easy walk to the Cathedral). The host is fantastic, friendly, and very responsive! Hope you enjoy as much as we did❤️
Great space and very well located!
Jordan’s apartment is very well situated for walking to restaurants and nightlife in NW Portland as well as to the center of town. We even walked to Saturday Market on the Columbia River, maybe 30 minutes away by foot. We were especially thankful for Jordan’s prompt responses when we had questions.
