Davis’s place was lovely. Located in an area near to restaurants, boutiques, a food truck lot and pet store. Easy access to downtown. Ample street parking but the additional stall in the back alley was a nice convenience. One thing to note: this is a basement space in an older property, so you will likely hear the occupants above. Otherwise, David as a host was wonderful! Super communicative and thoughtful; checked in with us regularly to ensure we weren’t in need of anything. Responses were prompt and helpful. We would stay at David’s place again!

Right on Mississippi with great food and shops. We went in the winter and the place was warm and cozy. Plenty of space for a group.

I was supposed to stay two days, but only stayed one. The unit was not very warm.

Gorgeous place right on Mississippi. Steps away from amazing Portland restaurants, really fun night life, cocktail bars, shopping and more. Highly recommend. Extremely clean- easy check in. And David would respond within 10-15 minutes throughout. Would book again

We had a great stay at David's place in Portland. He let us check-in early. Communication with him was responsive and quick. The place had everything we needed. The place is in a nice walkable area with a lot of good restaurants and cool stores. Highly recommend.

David's place is well-situated in a very walkable neighborhood with lots of dining options and interesting shops. There were five of us staying here and we had plenty of room to hang out. We especially appreciated the AC as our stay coincided with a heat wave! David is a friendly and very responsive host. The check-in/check-out processes could not have been simpler. We would be happy to stay here again.

David's place is the perfect location if you are looking to stay in a very vibrant, walkable part of Portland full of great places to eat and drink. David is super responsive and helpful. He also proactively offered to let us keep our bags there after check out, something we don't often get to do at an Airbnb and a great convenience. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Portland.
