Cozy place. Plenty of good food options in walking distance so quite convenient.
Fantastic home in an incredible area. The amount of great food and coffee on the immediately adjacent blocks is incredible. The home is spacious and clean. Comfy beds, great to have a washer and dryer, huge kitchen. Chase was always super responsive with any question or need… even from before I booked. Much appreciated, Chase. Thank you!!!
Our stay in the Alberta area of Portland was very pleasant. the host was accommodating and responsive to questions. the property was clean, had everything we needed and perfectly located. the back yard is private and well maintained. there is a quirky, but harmless neighbor that is triggered by loud noise. The Alberta area had restaurants, pet store, grocery store, retail shops , all within a short walk. would enjoy staying with Chase again in the future...great host and property!
I really enjoyed my stay at this home. Great neighborhood! Also, very comfortable mattress and sheets.
The house was just like the pictures. It was roomy enough for my family of four and everything is within walking distance. It also had a designated parking spot, which for Alberta is amazing. Great find!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Chase was an excellent host communicative, welcoming, and made everything seamless. The home itself is impeccable and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better, right near downtown and within easy walking distance to everything we needed.
Home In Alberta Arts!! This home was in great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Close drive to falls and airport. Chase was very responsive and proactive in checking to make sure we were doing well. Would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this home.
Amazing location! We had a great stay and would definitely recommend Chase's place to others. The house was exactly as advertised and Chase sent very helpful instructions for check-in and check-out.
