Great place for a weekend in PDX!
Delanie was a great host and communicated clearly. The house was very clean, easy to get into and my family enjoyed their stay. We love the area and hope to be back again!

Great location, clean and well appointed. When people were renting the mother in law suite, it did sound like someone was staying in the same unit but otherwise a lovely stay.
Perfect spot for a stopover in Portland! Love the neighborhood, the food, the shops. So cute! Very responsive and helpful host. Would stay again!
this is the coolest neighborhood in Portland
We were in the very back unit. Had everything we needed but do be aware that one of the bedrooms is on ground level and that’s the only thing on that level. The middle level is the living room/dining room and kitchen and the top/third level is two more bedrooms in a bathroom. That means if you’re sleeping in the bedroom on the lower level you have to climb two flights upstairs to go to the bathroom.
Place is easy to find, clean and free of clutter. Delanie was very responsive and helpful!
Beautiful, newly built, and well appointed 3 story townhome in the Alberta Arts District. There are 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor and another one on the bottom floor. Be aware that there is only 1 bathroom, which is located on the 3rd floor. Not a big deal for us but you must be comfortable going up and down stairs if you rent this townhome. Very easy to find free street parking in front of the house. House kept nice and cool with mini-split A/C. The home is just off the main street so it’s very easy to walk to great coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries and boutiques. But, it can get loud at times. There is a Social Club around the corner that had an event one evening while we there. You could hear the loud music throughout the neighborhood from late afternoon to evening. However, it shut down by 9ish PM so no problem sleeping. Delanie was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we are in Portland.
