Small place, but had everything we needed and great location close to everything!

Super clean and welcoming space in the heart of the Alberta district! So many delicious places in walking distance and plenty of street parking. Delanie was also a great communicator!

This was such a cute place to stay in a beautiful area in Portland. It is very walkable and surrounded by phenomenal places to eat. Delanie is a great host who is proactive with your trip from beginning to end.

The perfect little mini retreat!

Everything was great except the contradictory instructions. One set of instructions in the actual Airbnb listing tell you one door code, but a link to a separate list of instructions tells you a different code. If you’re going to make people select a link that takes you outside of the Airbnb app, that is slightly annoying and seems unnecessary itself, but fine, but then you should either make it clear to follow those instructions rather than the different instructions in the Airbnb app. Or at least make very well sure that the instructions are the same. Got in very late and it was really annoying standing there looking at the listing saying “this is your door code” as I’m putting in that door code in the finicky electronic lock, and it is incorrect. It then you get locked out.

Delaney was VERY helpful with a booking problem I encountered with VRBO. Fixed the problem quickly. Small, cute space close to the Kennedy School.
