We loved our stay at Kevin’s place! Cozy and clean. Everything we needed for a great stay. You can’t beat the location in Portland either!

Good location and a nice space. Heat pumps in each room worked well. The neighbors upstairs are up early with little kids and the kitchen was well stocked with some tools missing. I overall I would have no hesitation staying again even with these minor issues in mind.

We were so happy to find Kevin’s place! Such a great location, bright & comfy space, and Kevin was so communicative throughout our stay! We would be excited to stay again!

Kevin’s place was AMAZING! Perfect location for walking around and enjoying the city. Very close to local bars, shops, coffee and restaurants. The space was super clean and felt like home. Check-in was incredibly easy and Kevin was such a kind and responsive host! Will definitely come back here again next time we visit Portland! Highly recommend!!

Perfect spot for our stay! Walking distance up great shops, restaurants, etc. The place itself was spotless with awesome kitchen amenities and new looking fixtures. Comfortable couch and beds and a cozy place to have breakfast or any meal. We’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. Kevin went above and beyond to make our stay great. He answered all of our questions promptly and efficiently.\n\nThe property was just as advertised and very clean and tidy. There was plenty of hot water and the heating system did a fine job of keeping us toasty warm. The kitchen was furnished with about anything you might need. There was a Keurig coffee maker and lots of coffee pods.\n\nWe would definitely stay here again when visiting Portland.
