Simply Dashboard

This was a cute yet tiny room. Go down some narrow stairs and you’ll find a quaint space with a kitchenette and a bed. There is no other place to sit. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain during my stay, and that created a decent sized leak around the floor by/behind the bed. The neighbor unit people were super loud and you can hear everything. Other than that it was a cute place.

Clear instructions and communicative host. Location was great, space is small but functional.

A central stay for exploring the city! Had a pleasant stay for the weekend. Great host, clean space, awesome city!

This is a very easy, quick overnight stay for the rate. It's a little noisy upstairs but eventually quiets down. It's not an Airbnb you want to hang out in but is closer to other amenities, restaurants etc. and is a good overnight spot.

Everything went great with this! Clean and tidy.

The studio was a wonderful and comfortable stay. The upstairs neighbors were a bit loud but not during late hours. James disclosed that it could be a bit noisy and that there were earplugs before my arrival. So I was aware of this. The place was really clean, in a quiet neighborhood and close to many places around Portland.
