Matthew’s place was great!!! Safe, warm and plenty to do. I am of Polynesian descent and there were 4 of us all male and all 6 plus feet and 250+ lbs. the place was perfect in every way. Easy to maintain (for 4 males) close to everything you would want and felt homely. My only recommendation would be heavy duty chairs for the dining table (lol) we borrowed some from family nearby. Matthew was very responsive and a wonderful host. Would definitely be staying here again. Oh, and the kitchen has everything you would need to cook and bake (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) Amazing job Matthew!!! Thanks 🙏
Fun place to stay for the weekend. Great if you’re not going to be using the kitchen too much. Lots to do as it’s nearby a lot of food spots and close to downtown
This place was a great location for getting around and seeing local bites and brews. Matthew was very proactive about making sure we were well informed about our stay as well as checking in to make sure things were going smoothly. Even though I'm not much of a city girl, I'd stay here again.
This space is beautiful and super central! I was so close to restaurants and shops, parking was convenient, and the host was very quick and responsive. I will definitely be choosing to stay here again on my next trip to portland!
The place was good , comfy and felt like home . Very clean and the host himself is always responsive and very kind
Great place to stay near friend‘s in Ladd‘s Addition. Lots of great coffee, restaurants, shopping in walking or short driving distance. Can 100% recommend this place!
Nice & simple place! It had everything we needed and a very well-stocked kitchen. Matthew was proactive with the check-in process. Street parking wasn't ever too bad. The apartment is right on the main road and quick to get to some cafes/restaurants/bars or even to hop on the bus downtown if you don't feel like driving. If you walk further ~15mins, you could get to some really nice food/cafe spots. Wifi was one thing that we didn't seem to be able to resolve after we flagged it -- we weren't able to work from the only seated table in the apartment due to the weak speed / spotty signal.
We enjoyed the location and were surprised how easy street parking was to find at all times of day.
Great stay
Lovely stay in this part of Portland. This is my third time staying in this building, and I greatly enjoy walking to various restaurants, coffee shops, and around the neighborhood in general. Had my dog with me this time, so it was nice to have a dog friendly spot. Quiet, modern apartment. Clearly would stay again!
