We stayed at Bob's place to see a show at Revolution Hall. The location absolutely could not be better - one block walk to Revolution Hall, and lots of great amenities in the neighborhood - grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment was quiet and cozy with a nice window seat overlooking the street. Everything worked great. On street parking was easy. We would love to stay here again for another show in the future.
Lovely place to stay for a few days. I felt very cozy and at home in the studio apartment. The host was super helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
Perfect location, easy check-in, available street parking. Overall great stay!
Great location and easy to check in.
Great location, communication and place to land after long days of exploring.
Perfect spot to see a show at Revolution Hall!
TLDR: Bring earplugs and be careful where you park and you're good to go! Review: I wanted so badly to rate my stay higher, because the host was helpful and responsive to my allergies, and the place was clean and convenient. But 2 issues came up, which I did share with him: 1) At least on the Tuesday night / Wednesday morning I stayed there, unit 4 was subject to the slamming and bashing around of big trucks making deliveries and/ or picking up stuff from businesses a door or two down the street. Not great sound insulation. The first was I think around 11 p.m., the next around 1:30 a.m., and the last one around 3:15 a.m. 2) The host had said there was street parking available, but use caution. The spots in front (and much of the parking in the neighborhood) are permit-only after midnight, and there are many no parking spots there and nearby. I believe there are 3-4 non-permit spots on the side street, 13th Ave., but do your due diligence to be sure you can park, if you're driving.
Enjoyed the stay, if in that area again would love to stay at the same place again
Very cozy spot and I enjoyed my stay very much
stayed here for one night while traveling for work. it was exactly what I needed, looks just like the photos. really good location, many close restaurants.
