Great spot, in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

The place was just what I expected. Clean, well equipped. Nice neighborhood - pizza next door, bagels across the street. Even though it's on a main street, there was no noise and parking wasn't too difficult. I misread the instructions to get in, but Bob was prompt with a clarification. I'd stay there again.

We (3 adult friends) had a great stay at Bob's place. It's well located with lots of restaurants within walking distance and easy street parking. The space felt clean and as advertised, with the bonus of one bedroom also having a sink which helped streamline things. We lucked out with the weather, but for hot summer stays, it might have been tough to cool all the bedrooms since there is only a mini-split in the kitchen. Bob was very responsive and dropped off fans for us so we could have one for each bedroom and provided helpful recommendations (we had a great dinner at Ava Gene's). As other reviews have mentioned, there is a fair amount of noise from the alley and the upstairs neighbors. Keeping the windows closed and the fans on took care of the alley noise, but the stair to the upstairs unit adjoins the ensuite bed/bath and there seems to be a shower located directly above the bedroom without the sink. The living space also has very little natural light, but we were mostly out.

Great place… super clean, and super responsive Host!

Great location to be in the middle of walkable restaurants/cafes. Place was clean and spacious. Only downside were loud stomping neighbors upstairs at night, but not something the host could’ve done. Would definitely book again!

We had a great stay! We had a couple of minor issues that were dealt with quickly and conveniently. There was definitely some noise from the upstairs apartments off and on but it wasn’t excessive. It’s a hugely convenient location that is both safe and near a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and even a market. That does mean that on busier days/times parking isn’t easy but that’s also just Portland. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location. Beautiful area of town, very walkable, and especially comfortable furnishings. Will return in future!

We were so glad to find Bob’s place - it’s in a great neighborhood in SE Portland and so many great restaurants within walking distance. The unit is well-designed and attractive (nice musical theme) and Bob was a great host. We hope to stay there again next year!
