Gem of a listing in an amazing location. Very close to gyms, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store and things to do. Lots of windows but also feels private. Definitely would stay here again in future trips to Portland!

The property is very spacious with large living areas and bathrooms. The layout is split with the kitchen downstairs and the living room area upstairs. The location is very convenient for the Pearl District area. The kitchen has large windows that look out on to the street so doesn’t feel too private in the evenings. Overall a very nice place with lots of room and convenient permit street parking which is a bonus in any city!

if you are looking for a modern, chic, hidden gem in a bustling neighborhood, this place is great. I do not drive, having thr streetcar right outside was super helpful getting around town. kitchen doors slide all the way open, which was super rad and opened up the space-- dog loved the patio, her favorite place to chill, and sheltered her from the rainy days.

I am a frequent AirBnb-er, and I’ve stayed at plenty of good listings, including a number in Portland (Portland has a lot of great options!). So far, Cheyenne's place is my favorite. The location, amenities, parking, Communication, everything was awesome. Not only was it awesome (sliding glass front wall onto a balcony, jacuzzi, two levels, massive kitchen), but it was smooth, easy, accessible, and Cheyenne had great communication. In addition, the location is walkable, friendly, and easy to blend in with the permanent residents. My most favorite part is that on top of all of this, they're dog friendly. They're not overly prescriptive or restrictive on their dog rules, and it was so nice that my buddies could be just as much at home as we were.

I'm not one for writing bad reviews but I feel that there are things that need to be mentioned about this unit. The overall maintenance of the unit is in need. There are lightbulbs out, floor panels that are loose, downstairs shower curtain rod does not stay up; both sides of it are bare metal (rubber portion is broken off). In addition, the internet is spotty. The TV upstairs never worked. The TV downstairs would work with internet every so often but definitely nothing consistent. We spent hours on both trying to fix them. The kitchen window is stuck open; it is huge and lets in lots of cold air, it was that way when we checked in. The AC units did not always work (think heat). And more importantly the bathroom upstairs does not have a usable shower or bath tub. There is no mechanism to switch the water from faucet to shower head so water only comes out of faucet but not stopper to have a bath. There are no items like toasters. I'd mention 3-4 other things but no more room to write.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was super convenient — we were able to walk or take public transportation everywhere we wanted to go. One thing to note is that the house is close to a rail line, and you can feel it when the train passes. There are white noise machines in the bedrooms, which really help, but it’s something to be aware of. The only thing I would have liked was to have a few cleaning supplies available to tidy up during our stay (we traveled with a toddler, so a quick cleanup is always nice!). Overall, it’s a great spot and we’d definitely stay again!

This apartment was fantastic. First and foremost: the location. Close to the action of downtown Portland, but quiet enough to relax. We rented Lime scooters and explored the city. The apartment is very large, with everything you need. We will definitely come again! Thanks Cheyenne!!
