Wonderful place to stay and a great host - Austin was very responsive to all messages and the home was comfortable and close to many good restaurants.
There are some good local eats around the area that are walkable! There is a train nearby but that was no issue for me at all!
Very convenient and was perfect for a big group.
Overall we had a nice stay. Some things that I feel are important to know for future guests: - The surrounding streets are 2 hour parking, Mon-Fri during the day until 6 PM. So if you are planning a weekend stay, this won't be a problem. There is no private parking space so the other option is to park in the neighborhood to the east, about 4 blocks away. - This is very close to train tracks and the trains can be loud. We also experienced noise from a nearby concert/bar on the weekend - The photos don't show it but the place has several AC wall units installed. Saved us during a very hot spell Lastly, a small annoyance- one of the bedrooms (downstairs) didn't have working lights/power outlets. The owner was communicative over messages but our stay wasn't too long and it didn't impact us enough to have someone sent out to try to fix it. They did kindly tell us how to reach the breaker box to try that out. Check out was very simple.
Great place, central to everything we wanted to do in town and Austin was very quick to respond to the few questions we had.
