The apartment was in a quiet location near delicious restaurants and bars, so I didn't experience any inconveniences during my stay. However, the air conditioner didn't work well, so it was quite cold at night.

We had a great time exploring Portland from this very convenient location!

It was a nice stay. We could reliably manage everyone's coming and going and there were enough bathrooms with towels and toiletries to have everyone take care of themselves.

The location is good and off-street parking is nice. We needed 4 beds and 2 bathrooms so that was good. The floors were not clean when we arrived but after we asked someone did come to clean them. Couches are ripped and stained.

Austin was a great host and very responsive. The house was very spacious and clean i would definitely stay again.

Austin property is exactly like in description and photos. There are plenty restaurants around within walkable distance. Austin is responsive to our inquiries. Thiis place makes our trip feels right at home with many amenities and supplies right at home.

The house is perfect for a large group, easy to find, easy check in, and Austin is a friendly, proactive host. We didn’t spend much time at the house because we were visiting family nearby, but the bedrooms were perfect for our group. The living room couch definitely needs replacing. It took away from the homey feel because it is stained and ripped, but everything else was great. Fans and sound machines are provided if you’re a light sleeper and worried about being on a busy street, which we appreciated!
