Gregory was a great host, friendly and responsive. The house was very spacious and clean. You see homeless in the vicicity a lot, however they don't bother you. Overall we liked the stay and it was worth the cost. Thank you Gregory
We came in town for a weekend, family event. The house was spacious and close to our events. The house had everything we needed and comfortable beds. AC worked great. Great communication with the host!
Gregory is a great host, responsive to all my inquiries. Place is nice & accomodated all 7 of us comfortably.
It worked well enough but it's an old house with a facelift, AC unit doesn't keep up, poor air circulation in house, upstairs is absurdly hot if it's sunny out. Would not recommend renting during summer. Also, if you have small children this house has several less than ideal situations.
Clean home and had no issues with the neighborhood. Stayed for a night for 7 people. Interesting layout and plenty of bedrooms.
Gregory's place was a very nice place for my family's stay in Portland. Everything was as described—a vintage home with a modern feel. The only unpleasant moment we had at the home was the daily view of the unhoused folks camping across the street in their very large tent(s). We did, unfortunately, witness active drug selling and using. I would recommend this home to others, with the warning of "cautious of the daily sighting of unhoused camping across the street".
The house was perfect for our annual Cousin’s Trip! It was in close distance of downtown and walkable to some local gems! The only downfall (which wasn’t a huge deal) was that there were a few homeless right across the street but they kept to themselves and didn’t cause problems. Other than that everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!
Nice stay every was smooth and easy..
Lots of room Private rooms Not far from everything Portland downtown only 15 min away depending on traffic Local coffee shop- 5 minutiae walk Best coffee - Good small hole in the wall diners - food was good It's no secret there are homeless in the area But they don't bother you . And they are quiet and keep to them selves . House was something out of a movie, really cool. Easy check in , no issues . Thanks Gregory !! Bob Zambrano
An easy 5 stars. Clear communication, I recommend Gregory’s place!
