it was ok stay smelled a bit weird a lot of noise from the unit upstairs a bit outdated and older than you see in the pictures

Great location, great place to stay!

Sweet little spot in a super convenient location.

Good spot for a quick trip. Had the basics and was easy to find. Walkable to a few bars and restaurants. Easy communication with Delanie. Noise is definitely a consideration - front door opens on to sidewalk and is close to a busy street, and upstairs neighbor can be heard often.

Great space convenient would return

It was a wonderful space. I really was only there in the morning and at night due to being there for a training so it was a nicespace to wake up to, and come back to. For light sleepers, just a heads up you can hear people, and things moving around upstairs.

The place was in a great neighborhood that is on the edge of everything but not in it, making it easy to walk and/or feel like you live there. The space was bigger than expected and the kitchen would be easy to cook in. The listing is very clear on what is there for the kitchen amenities, and it appeared to be decent utensils. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were thoughtful and functional down to the umbrella by the front door. There is an upstairs unit you will hear when they are up and around, but it wasn't often, and some minor street noise. Check-in and out is later and earlier than a traditional hotel. Great restaurants, bars, and things to do within walking distance. Ladd's Addition neighborhood is full of lovely gardens to wander past.

Great relaxing place,very open and spacious. Well done kitchen great for a longer stay to cook meals and great for short stay keeping leftovers after a day out. 2 things...the back area to let your dog outside in. Is not a fully secured fence and very, very small so plan on walking your pup. The upstairs living space above where you stay, can be fully heard downstairs for music/TV, chairs moving, vacuuming etc. Recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall, A rating for place to stay.
