Great house with amazing view

Home was in a great location, hot tub was a nice touch

Kimberly was very quick to respond and the stay went smoothly!

Super pretty views and Kim was extremely helpful/responsive! We really enjoyed our stay and found the Airbnb to have a very peaceful vibe. We ran into some small issues with the place being a little dusty/having cobwebs and some of the bathrooms having clogged faucets but the host offered to fix it right away! Overall, still a great deal and would recommend!

Our stay was perfect! The house met all of our needs, was very clean & spacious, the location on the river was very cool, and it was close to some solid restaurants. The house was exactly what we saw in pictures. There were plenty of beds and an AWESOME lounge chair. The large dining room is amazing for larger groups, and the hot tub was solid. Additionally, Kimberly was a fantastic communicator! She was very responsive, provided very clear and accurate instructions in her messaging, and even worked with us for an early check-in. Great experience and 100% met our needs, thanks Kimberly! Cheers-

We had a wonderful stay! Hoping to come back with more family next time…since there is so much space! The 3 of us (including our 8 year old son) pretty much just used one room since there were two queen beds on the main floor. The views were amazing, beds were super comfy, kitchen was great for cooking many meals, hot tub was nice and hot, the river view was amazing through the short private path. We came during a heat wave and were happy to have central air-conditioning that cooled the house very well! We went to Trillium lake to swim and float (~20 minutes away, Skibowl (15 min away), Timberline lodge (~20 min away), Little Zigzag Trail (14 min away and great for kids). The grocery store and many restaurants/coffee shops 2 minutes away. Love the pizza from Zigzag Inn, and Pub 26 had so many games (pinball, arcade, ping pong) that kids can play until 8pm. The host was amazing and so helpful, and always responded quickly to any questions! Can’t wait to come back! :)

We had the best time with our family at Kimberley’s Chalet on our before school starts family vacation!What an amazing place to stay, especially for those with kids!The kids had the wilderness and the river behind the Chalet to explore (with parents of course).What an incredible location too!It was close to Multnomah Falls & Timberline Lodge & Frog Lake!Frog lake is so cool if you have kids because it is a fun place for kids to play with little cute frogs and then enjoy a dip in the lake!Kimberly’s kitchen was perfect and equipped with everything we needed to cook for our kids!We ate many meals in the most beautiful dining room with large glass windows that provided gaping views of the lush landscape behind!We especially enjoyed the bathtub because it had jets!The jacuzzi was so perfect too after a fun day of sight seeing to relax in!There was so much space for our three boys to lounge here and play Kimberly’s fun games as well!We had the best time at this Chalet!!!Highly recommend!!!

The Sandy Riverfront cabin was a great place to spend the week! The home is inviting and has lots of natural light. You can enjoy modern amenities while being surrounded by nature, with the Sandy River only a few steps away. I really appreciated that Kim provided amenities like coffee, olive oil, spices, etc. The home is close to the highway so it’s easily accessible and the local area has restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc. Definitely recommend!

We loved the house and the river behind the house. The hot tub took 2 days to heat up but it was cold outside.
