Area seems pretty rough, the location is located on a very tight street where only one car can fit due to cars parked on both sides of the street. Parking was extremely difficult and I had to park around the corner where street transit was located. I didn’t take no chances so I took everything out the car just in case the my car was broken into which was a big hassle considering it was pouring raining. Right after entering the condo I noticed the dividing door which separates both sides of the condo was unlocked which was very concerning for safety reasons. For my safety, walk through the entire condo each floor to ensure I was the only person present inside the condo. This location has a total of 3 to 4 floors. After contacting the host I learned the hidden key to the dividing door was missing from the lockbox and was unable to secure. Unfortunately, the host was unable to rectify unsecured door so I was forced to use furniture to block the unsecured door to ensure I was safe.

This was my second stay at this studio apartment. It's small but functional, conveniently located, with ample street parking. It's sparkling clean with well-stocked basic amenities - shower gel, shampoo, coffee, sugar and creamer. I will stay here again next time I come to Portland.
The perfect efficiency studio. Everything is clean and neat and perfect for what we were looking for.
Our stay was amazing. Our studio was nice and tidy. Had no problems at all. Owner was quick to respond and very thorough.
Delanie was such a huge help. Unfortunately we had some car issues and delayed our check out. She was extremely accommodating and helpful even gave us a referral to a mechanic in the area. We definitely would stay again and appreciate her help so much!
Great place to stay!
Delanie's space was perfect for a long weekend. I felt right at home with all of the amenities. The bed was extra cozy and the whole process from check-in to check-out was seamless. Delanie was accommodating and always responsive. You couldn't ask for a better host!
She was very polite and was there if you needed her. Recommend.
