We came here for a family reunion and all four rooms were cery comfortable, the house is beautiful and comfortable and clean to hang out in and the neighborhood is perfect. Thomas was very communicative.
Great home in an excellent location.
Clean home with subtle tropical vibes. The claw foot tub is great for a DIY spa day soak. Well maintained for an older home, it has its quirks but nothing that gets in the way. Only downside is the bathroom layouts. You have to go through bedrooms to access either bathroom. Upstairs bathroom is only accessible through the king bedroom. Downstairs bathroom is accessible through either of the two bedrooms. The nearby park is great for walking your dog and has a playground. Lots of nearby local eats that are walking distance.
Cutest house in a quiet neighborhood next to a park and walking distance to the best pocket of Portland to fulfill your every desire for breakfast, brunch, lunch, tea, dinner, evening aperitifs, and even a movie if you’re so inclined. We had a delightful and delicious stay!
This is a very nice place to stay with your family!
Very comfortable, extremely communicative
We enjoyed our stay at Thomas’s place. The house was clean, comfortable and located in a classic Portland neighborhood. We especially liked being able to walk to great restaurants and grocery stores. A five minute walk to Music Millennium, one of the best music shops in Portland, was a total bonus. We would definitely stay again.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! The Such a cute, bird-centric-themed location! The 4-bedroom home was perfect for our group of 7 ladies and had so much character, with that charming Portland home vibe. We traveled to Portland for a 4-day Bachelorette getaway, and the home accommodated all the ladies fantastically. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and SAFE! There were absolutely no homeless or unhoused people living in the park across the street from the home, which was very important to us, as parts of Portland have unfortunately become infamous for. Rest assured, it's an absolutely gorgeous location. Walking distance to so many cute and unique restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Centrally located to everything I had planned for our weekend extravaganza—a 6-minute drive to practically everything. 20/30 minutes to PDX. BUT, far enough from the riff-raff! Street parking was a variable I wasn't sure about, but we definitely had no issues finding parking either!
We booked this house for a two day team meeting. The rooms were private and comfortable and the location was great with plenty of walkable options for coffee, groceries, restaurants, etc. The dining area served as a great round the table meeting spot and we could move over to living room for more relaxed conversation. Overall the house was perfect for our purposes.
This listing was great and very spacious! Thomas let my friends and me stay for my 30th birthday weekend, and he had so many great recommendations! Whether local or closer to the downtown region. Check-in was smooth, parking was a little challenging, but it's manageable. Just need to walk a couple of blocks if you have to park a distance away. Bathrooms do not have locks (unless we couldn't figure it out), but other than that, no issues with the listing. Would book again if we're back in the Portland region!
